Delivery Information

MysecondFloor delivers locally in . You will receive your order within 1-2 working days from the date of placing your order on business days. Orders will be delivered anytime between 6 to 9 pm. Delivery cost will be automatically calculated during the check out process which is 1 KD. For the meantime we only accept cash on delivery as the payment method. Once you place an order, MysecondFloor will send you an order confirmation email within minutes of placing your order. However, if you do not receive our email, please contact  us at info@MySecondFloor.com.

Refunds & Returns

Returns and exchanges are accepted on items that are in original condition and packaging, have not been used or washed within 48 hours of the date you receive your package through info@MySecondFloor.com. Accessories can not be returned or refunded.

* Please note that we do not refund Delivery cost.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order via email up to the time the order is dispatched.  If the order has been dispatched you cannot cancel the order.
